Knee support that promotes muscular balance in cases of patellar lateralisation
 
The precisely positions silicone with neurophysiologocal friction points relax and activate the vastus lateralis and vastus medialis muscles respectively.  The individually adjustable tension strap provides control as necessary of the pressure on the vastus lateralis muscle.  The silicone ring surrounding the patella is laterally reinforced to promote correct trochlear articulation.  Textured silicone trim and laterally bonded splints ensure an optimum, crease-free fit, even when moving with bent knees (e.g. skiing)
