No home equipment needed, we bring everything to you. 


Mobile Physiotherapy services and Ergonomics Home Office Assessments are available 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm in the Ottawa, Westboro, Orleans, Nepean and Barrhaven.

Our mobile Physiotherapists can effectively treat a variety of conditions including work-related injuries. Whether your job is physically and/or mentally demanding, the effects on your body will eventually become apparent. Physiotherapy includes a customized exercise plan that specifically addresses the source of your pain in order to experience full restoration. Our team can also provide assistance with creating an ergonomic home office to prevent with repetitive work-related strain.
