Registered Chiropractors come to your home in the Greater Toronto Area.
Covered by your insurance.

Registered Physiotherapists are experts in the science of movement.

Your first Toronto in-home Chiropractic appointment starts with a review of your medical history, injuries, lifestyle, challenges, and goals and continues with personalized treatment.
Unlike physical clinics where one practitioner often treats a few patients at once, your private HealthCasa chiropractic appointment in your house is uninterrupted with one-on-one sessions.

Our chiropractors use a gentle hands-on approach to assess your body and the way it moves, to help you feel your best all day, every day.

How Does Private In-Home Chiropractic Care help?

The goal of chiropractic appointments in your home is to restore, maintain, and improve your mobility, strength, flexibility, balance and overall function.

The three main categories of chiropractic home visits are:

1. Pain Relief:
Reduce or eliminate pain in the back, neck, joints, or muscles.
2. Improve Function & Mobility:
Restore range of motion and flexibility in the spine and other joints.
3. Optimize Nervous System Function:
Enhance how the brain and body communicate through the spine and nerves.
4. Correct Postural Imbalances:
Address misalignments caused by injury, poor ergonomics, or repetitive strain.
5.Prevent Recurrence:
Maintain proper alignment and movement to prevent future injuries or flare-ups.
6. Support Whole-Body Wellness:
Promote better posture, energy levels, sleep quality, and overall health through proper biomechanics and nervous system balance.

Hands-On Therapy

Hands-on therapy (also called manual therapy or chiropractic adjustment) involves the chiropractor using precise, controlled movements to restore proper motion and alignment to joints, most commonly in the spine, but also in the shoulders, hips, or extremities.

Stretches and Exercises

Chiropractic care often includes therapeutic and corrective exercises that strengthen muscles, stabilize joints, and support long-term recovery. The goal is o support the adjustments, improve body mechanics, and help you maintain proper posture and alignment between visits.

Education

Education is a key part of chiropractic care, empowering patients to understand their bodies and take an active role in their recovery.
This can involve posture and ergonomic advice for work, sleep, or daily activities, as well as lifestyle and movement coaching to prevent recurring strain or injury.

What are Chiropractors?

Chiropractors are regulated healthcare practitioners who focuse on diagnosing, treating, and preventing disorders of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, especially those involving the spine.

Is in-home chiropractic care covered by OHIP?

Our services are not covered by OHIP, however there are some chiropractic clinics covered by OHIP.  These clinics sometimes have long waitlists while we strive to get our patients booked in within a few days.

What are the advantages of private in-home chiropractic care?

No Waitlists
OHIP programs often have long wait times. With private appointments, you get immediate access to care—often within 24–48 hours.

More Frequent and Longer Sessions
Publicly funded care is often limited to a set number of shorter sessions. Private chiropractic care offers as many sessions as needed, tailored to your pace and recovery goals.

Personalized One-on-One Care
In many OHIP-funded clinics, therapists may see multiple patients at once. Private chiropractors provide dedicated, one-on-one attention in every session.

In-Home Convenience
OHIP does not typically cover in-home chiropractic care unless under strict criteria. Private in-home chiropractic brings expert care directly to your door—no travel required.

Customized Treatment Plans
Private providers design personalized care plans based on your unique needs, lifestyle, and health history—not just standard protocols.
